The remodeling of Tierra Atacama has been going on for a few months now and as its interior is being transformed, we wanted to take a deeper look into the Atacameña cuisine. The hotel has a special take on it, providing its guests with the most excellent culinary experience.

We spoke with Martín Molteni, Corporate Chef of Tierra Hotels, who let us in on what’s in store for the hotel’s upcoming season, its cuisine flavors and local techniques.
