Inspiration came slowly for the color scheme at the renovated Tierra Atacama until we realized that the answer was right in front of us all along. All we had to do was sit back and observe the natural landscape around us.

The palette we chose comes from the plants and trees we can see outside the hotel windows. The Chañar and its seeds lend green and brown hues. And the Cachiyuyo offers another shade of green. Our blue is inspired by the area’s sky and our white by the salt lakes.
